What if your social media didn’t just sell, it seduced?
Social media isn’t about shouting into the void, it’s about sparking real conversations that turn followers into advocates. It’s about building communities that stick around long after the ‘Like’ button fades. Here, you’ll see how I blend human-centric storytelling with cold, hard data to craft campaigns that feel less like ads and more like invitations. Think of it as matchmaking for brands and their people. Ready to see what happens when strategy meets soul?
Who am I?
Hi there! I’m Edona Radi, a Social Media Manager and Content Creator who believes the best brands don’t just post, they connect.
My journey began in 2022 when I launched and managed the Albanian Parliament’s Civic Education Instagram platform from scratch, growing it to 10k profile viewers through strategic storytelling and data-driven content.
My expertise? Learning by doing. Whether I’m behind the camera crafting reels, brainstorming campaigns that blend humour and heart, or geeking out over analytics dashboards, I thrive on making brands feel human. When I’m not scrolling TikTok for trends, you’ll find me shooting with a vintage camera or debating the best The Office episode (it’s “Dinner Party,” Fight Me).
Let’s turn your brand’s authenticity into its superpower.

Albanian Parliament Democracy Workshop program
As one of four trainers delivering democracy workshops to over 4,000 kids aged 8–14, I faced a dual challenge: keeping the energy sky-high for hands-on teaching while managing social media content creation solo. Balancing workshop facilitation with tight deadlines felt like trying to tame a whirlwind—without getting swept away. The risk of burnout was real, but so was the opportunity to turn classroom chaos into something extraordinary. Pre-designed Adobe templates cut prep time by 30%, during workshops, I became a stealthy photographer, capturing unfiltered moments of students passionately debating policies or sketching their “ideal democracies.” These raw, authentic moments became Instagram Stories that students loved so much. Collaborating with fellow trainers, we spotlighted classroom creativity, weaving student artwork and debates into engaging posts. The result? Teachers reported students buzzing with excitement, and over 40 new classes signed up to join the program. Who knew democracy could be this fun or this Instagram-worthy?

Instagram Management for Civic Education, Albanian Parliament
Launching an Instagram account for Civic Education at the Albanian Parliament from scratch was no small feat. I faced the dual challenge of convincing traditionally skeptical Parliament staff of social media’s power while balancing their formal preferences with the need for engaging, audience-friendly content. Through targeted research and creative storytelling, I crafted brand-aligned content that resonated with the Parliament’s dignity and the audience’s curiosity. Strategic posting and visually compelling posts turned the account into a hub for civic engagement, driving over 30K website visitors and 5K Parliament visits in 2024 alone. The account became a digital bridge, fostering meaningful connections and proving that even the most traditional institutions can thrive in the social media age.

Online Violence Against Women Animated Video Creation
Parliament of Albania: “Gender-Based Violence in the Digital Space.”
In this project, I created a video spotlighting the often-overlooked issue of online violence against women in Albania for the annual December 4th roundtable hosted by the Albanian Parliament. Organized by Etilda Gjonaj, Vice Chair of the European Affairs Committee, the event gathered influential voices like the Deputy Prime Minister, UN Women, NDI, and Sweden Sverige. The challenge? Digging through the digital noise to find relevant news stories and weaving them into a video that didn’t just inform but moved people literally and emotionally. Utilizing my video editing skills and Adobe After Effects, I crafted a dynamic narrative that didn’t just raise awareness but also sparked conversations, proving that even the toughest topics can be tackled with creativity.

My Word on... Pink October, Albanian Parliament
This civic engagement project aimed to educate students aged 8–14 about breast cancer awareness and prevention, blending creativity with purpose. I took charge of all visual content: graphics, photos, and videos, crafting materials for social media that complemented interactive sessions and informational resources. Creating content that could simplify complex health topics into something fun, relatable, and impactful for a young audience was a challenge. To tackle this, I combined my graphic design, video production, and storytelling skills, using Adobe Illustrator to bring the message to life. The result? Over 500 participants joined the initiative, with 150 attending directly because of our online campaigns. Seeing students light up, share knowledge, and spark conversations about breast cancer in their communities was the ultimate reward.

A glimpse into my favourite shoots for Albanian Parliament
Infographic Design for Albanian Parliament
In this project, I had the exciting opportunity to design a series of infographics, including posters and flyers, for the Albanian Parliament, aimed at promoting key initiatives like the Making of Law, the Functions of the Parliament, and the History of the Albanian Parliament. Transforming complex legislative processes and rich historical details into visually engaging, bite-sized pieces of information that could resonate with a diverse audience was a challenge. To tackle this, I combined my love for storytelling with my layout and graphic design skills using tools like Canva and Adobe Illustrator to craft materials that were not only clear and informative but also visually captivating. The result? These infographics became a cornerstone of over 90+ activities organized by Albanian Civic Education, helping to raise public awareness and foster a deeper understanding of the Parliament’s work and history. It was incredibly rewarding to see my designs play a part in bridging the gap between the Parliament and the people it serves!

Promotional Video for Textile Business
I created a promotional video for my sister's textile business. The main challenge was that this was entirely new territory for me also I had a very tight deadline to develop a compelling storytelling approach and generate engaging ideas for social media. I rolled up my sleeves, tapped into my creativity, and used CapCut to bring the vision to life, blending engaging visuals with a narrative that highlighted the uniqueness of her products. The result? The video racked up 14k views on Instagram and gave her online sales a 45% boost, proof that stepping out of your comfort zone can sometimes lead to the most rewarding outcomes!

Collaboration with Hana Corner Café
In this project, I collaborated with Hana Corner Café to enhance their social media presence by creating photographs, event posters, and engaging videos. The main challenge was adapting to a new client with unique brand aesthetics and working within tight deadlines to produce high-quality visuals that would resonate with their audience. Armed with my trusty tools—Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CapCut, I dove into photography, graphic design, and video editing to create content that not only looked stunning but also felt true to Hana’s vibe. The outcome was a collection of visuals that didn’t just boost their online presence but also brought in up to 45k views on TikTok! Oh, and did I mention I was juggling this while being a bartender there? Time wasn’t exactly on my side, but hey, I thrive under pressure. Delivering on time (and with a smile) not only strengthened my confidence but also proved that creativity and hustle make a killer combo.
